Any individual or organisation who registers for an account or purchases access to digital content, subscriptions, or services via our platform is considered a customer and agrees to these terms without exception.
Access to Bijak Labur is permitted only to individuals aged 16 years and above for general learning content and interactions. For services such as coaching, mentorship, or premium events, users must be 18 years and above.
We reserve the right to terminate any account that does not comply with these age restrictions. If a user is found to have registered under false information, their account may be deactivated, and payments refunded, where applicable.
By registering or placing an order through the Bijak Labur platform, you fully accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. It is your responsibility to ensure that your registration and payment details are accurate.
All prices are listed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated. Prices may change at any time without prior notice; however, the price applicable at the time of purchase will be the final amount charged.
Please note: All subscription purchases are non-refundable.
Payment is due immediately upon placing an order. Bijak Labur only accepts online payments through Stripe, a secure third-party payment processor.
All card transactions, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, are processed via Stripe. Stripe ensures encryption and security during payment. Bijak Labur does not store or have access to your full payment card information. All responsibility for payment security lies with Stripe, Inc. We are not liable for any breach or issue arising from Stripe’s system.
Bijak Labur complies with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) of Malaysia. By using our platform, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your personal data for purposes such as account management, customer service, and communications. You may unsubscribe from marketing or informational emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link included at the bottom of each email.
All personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy (read Privacy Policy here).
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from your use of the Bijak Labur platform will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Malaysia.
To ensure a consistent and high-quality learning experience for all users, Bijak Labur enforces a Fair Usage Policy (FUP). Any usage of the platform that negatively impacts other users, creates an unreasonable load on our systems, or results in unprofitable operational costs may lead to access restrictions or account suspension. We will make every effort to contact the user before taking action. However, in urgent situations, we may act immediately and follow up with communication afterward.
All users are expected to act respectfully and professionally when engaging on the platform. Disruptive behaviour—including harassment, hate speech, spamming, or misinformation—will not be tolerated and may result in account suspension or permanent ban.
The following types of content are strictly prohibited on Bijak Labur:
Pornographic or sexually explicit material
Gambling-related content
Promotion of illegal activities
Violent, threatening, or exploitative content
Fraudulent or misleading information
Copyright-infringing or pirated content
Accounts found to be involved in such activities may be terminated without notice and legal action may be pursued under applicable Malaysian law.
